What We Do
For over 40 years we've been a part of the community in Bolton, giving free advice on a wide range of issues to anyone who needs it.
We're staffed by volunteers who can help you with everything to making phone calls to other agencies on your behalf, helping you to fill in forms or being by your side at hearings and tribunals.
If we are unable to advise you on a particular issue we are usually able to signpost you to another source of advice.
Our drop-in centre is open Monday to Friday 10-3pm or you can email us on email@example.com.
We will try to reply to every email as soon as possible, but please remember that we are run by volunteers and it may not always be possible to respond immediately.
We offer advice on many issues relating to unemployment, including benefits and issues relating to redundancy, dismissal and unfair treatment, as well as advice on seeking new employment opportunities.
